Arjo's engineering team is looking for a new colleague.

**The challenge**:

- Manage document-based engineering projects (product maintenance, quality improvement, cost reduction and regulatory compliance);
- Work in collaboration with the project managers of the engineering department by carrying out certain document-type tasks;
- Liaise with other departments for the projects he coordinates;
- Manage timelines for ongoing projects;
- Ensure adequate documentation of each project under his/her responsibility;
- Realize the layout and edit the content of product and packaging labels;
- Support during the integration of new employees within the department by creating access and giving basic training in various engineering IT tools (e.g. M3, Advantum, etc.);
- Participate in other related duties.

**Profile sought**:

- Administrative degree combined with 3-5 years of experience related to the position;
- French and english language proficiency (4/5);
- Good command of the Office suite;
- Easy learning of computer system type: ERP, PLM / PDM, label editor;
- Sense of organization, initiative, autonomy;
- Good analytical skills and ability to work in a team;
- Ability to do project management/planning;
- Asset: Experience in a regulated environment (medical, aeronautics, automotive).
