This position offers the opportunity to work from home as part of a hybrid work arrangement. We are searching for a collaborative and strategic leader who enjoys working in a dynamic and energetic environment. As Manager, Revitalization and Renewal Communities you will lead staff and manage resources to support the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of strategies, initiatives and programs which engage internal and external stakeholders so as to develop /support leadership to advance the goals of the revitalization and renewal communities. In this role you will support TCHC's tenant focused culture

**What you’ll do**

**Physical, Social, and Economic Transformation**
- Develop strategies and work plans to engage tenants and a broad range of internal and external stakeholder participation in the planning, decision making, and evaluation processes related to revitalization goals - physical and social transformation.
- Manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of community economic development and tenant benefit strategies that increase levels of tenant employment, social procurement, access to training, and other achieve revitalization goals.
- Design and manage stakeholder relations throughout the relocation processes.

**Leading Staff/Managing Resources**
- Manage unionized and non-unionized staff and ensure optimal staffing levels are maintained
- Builds team culture driven by TCHC’s performance culture model and confronting anti-Black racism values.
- Trains and educates team to understand policies, procedures, and specialized knowledge of revitalization planning and social transformation processes.
- Accountable for team’s understanding of and compliance with TCHC policies, applicable legislation, unit procedures, collective agreement, health and safety measures, and confidentiality.
- Leads teams to meet key performance indicators, service standards, unit wide outcomes, business processes and reporting requirements and takes corrective action as required. Creates and utilizes tools and processes (team meetings, on-one supervisorial meetings, data tracking and progress reporting, etc.)
- Assesses individual and team capacity to deliver high quality work, identifies skills and experience gaps, and develops training plans to enhance staff capacity to meet current and emerging operational needs.
- Develops work plans and processes in collaboration with cross-functional project teams to ensure accountability, transparency, and organizational performance.
- Manages and monitors budgets ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
