Our District Sales Managers work hard to provide strategic growth for the region as well as develop, mentor, and train a team of Commercial Insurance Specialists. They use their expert industry knowledge to maintain and grow key accounts as well as setting up their team for success.

They are passionate about leading teams and realize when everyone succeeds Federated Insurance succeeds. Working with the senior leadership team they are responsible for their region's strategic plan, budget, and recruitment strategy.

**If you have**:

- Post-secondary education (College or University)
- 7-10 years of Sales leadership experience in insurance or similar industries
- A competitive spirit and a desire to deliver a high level of performance
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
- Team-first mentality
