- Proven experience as a fabricator/welder or similar role
- Proficient in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of fabrication processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Familiarity with operating hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in metal fabrication
- Knowledge of rigging and crane operation for material handling
- Experience operating press brake machines for bending and forming metal
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers for accurate measurements
