The main duties of of the GSA is to provide exemplary service to our customers by responding to requests promptly throughout their stay, handle guest accounts ,cash handling, answer incoming phone calls, process reservations/cancellations and modification requests, processing group arrivals and departures, taking, canceling and changing room reservations, processing guests' departures which includes calculating charges and receiving payments, balancing cash and completing related forms.
The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills, and display a high level of professionalism. Although previous hotel experience is not required, hotel experience will weigh heavily on the selection of the successful applicant.

Part-time hours: 24 - 32 per week
**Salary**: $13.25-$14.25 per hour
