Warehouse Operator

A Warehouse Associate **receives and processes incoming inventory**. They also manage and organize products according to store policy to ensure the availability of customers' requested items. These essential skills also help employees easily find what they need.

- Perform order picking and packing duties according to company standards
- Load and unload trucks using warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
- Organize and maintain the warehouse space to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment
- Knowledge of microsoft programs or other warehouse management systems is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting minor equipment issues
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and pick lists accurately
- Experience with order picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Ability to build and fabricate pallets or containers as needed
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
