**We are looking for a Shipping Clerk to join our busy Future Transfer team**
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Order entry of customer orders and various purchase orders
- Scheduling shipping and receiving on Excel database
- Inputting data to maintain files
- Involvement with inputting data for inventory and maintaining inventory control
- Filing and light cleaning
- Will be trained as back up for the Customer Service Specialist
- **Required Knowledge and Skills**_**:

- Strong computer skills and ability to operate within Microsoft Office suite of products (specifically Excel), and other computer systems
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to adapt to quickly changing conditions and requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and tight timelines in a professional manner
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral, to interact with external customers and individuals at all levels of the organization
- Able to work efficiently as part of the team as well as independently
- Ability to use general office equipment
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic as well as a positive team attitude
- Minimum 5 years manufacturing/industrial related customer service and shipping/receiving experience
- **Working Conditions**:_
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
- Overtime as required
- Long periods of sitting, some standing
- Variable environment as may be required to spend time in the warehouse when resolving issues
