**Location**: Montreal, QC - On-Site

**Position Overview**:
The Treatment Consultant is a high performing role within EHN Canada, responsible for driving admissions into a network of treatment centers from different inbound channels and through strong initial call relationship building, consistent follow ups, and effective closing techniques. Reporting to the Admissions Manager, this position plays a pivotal role in driving the revenue of the admissions department, achieving department targets, and reviewing new processes and technology.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Effectively conduct discovery calls with patients, family members, and/or referents and make recommendations for available programming.
- Engage in consistent and methodical follow up procedures with opportunities.
- Establish and maintain urgency for treatment.
- Conduct clinical and medical phone screeners with qualified patients and ensure safety for admissions into our treatment network.
- Participate in continuous reviews of sales and admissions processes to ensure efficient and seamless patient experience.
- Help develop, pilot, and assess innovative new sales strategies, admissions processes, and tech improvements.
- Must be able to work on-site at our Montreal, QC facility.
