**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Greet arriving guests
- Assist with keeping lobby area clean, orderly, and sanitized
- Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on the property
- Ensure vehicles are legally parked
- Maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic
- Provide valet car park assistance
- Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys.
- Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
- Maintain security and access to the parking lots
- Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation.
- Complete regular property checks
- Provide assistance keeping walkways clear of ice and snow as required
- Other duties as needed

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
