**Adult Services Supervisor**

As Adult Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for the management and efficient operation of Hillcrest Residence and Glendale Residence in Powassan. In your role, you will provide leadership to staff and monitor the quality and consistency of service delivery. We offer competitive renumeration, a comprehensive medical & dental plan, and group RRSP with employer contribution. Hours of work will be 8:30 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday. Rotating on-call schedule (one weekend in four). Travel within the area is required.

The successful applicant will possess:

- **Degree or Diploma in the Human Services field (or equivalent)**:

- **Excellent communication skills (oral & written)**:

- **Exceptional problem-solving skills**:

- **Sound knowledge of the Developmental Services Sector & related initiatives**:

- **Ability to work collaboratively, as part of a team**:

- **Valid driver’s license & a reliable vehicle**:

- **Experience working/managing in a unionized environment**:

- **Two years’ supervisory experience would be an asset**:

- **Exceptional interpersonal skills**
