Fiberglass-gelcoat Technician

Fiberglassing of yachts and yacht components
- Fairing of yachts and yacht components
- Application of top coat on yachts and yacht components
- Application of gel coat on yachts and yacht components
- Color-matching topcoats and gel coats
- General surface preparations
- Management of department-related inventory
- Demonstration of safe work practices consistently
- Reliability, honesty, and punctuality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new procedures
- Meeting project deadlines and staying within estimated project hours
- Supervising the crew and reporting any issues to management
- Conducting quality assurance checks

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork
- Strong communication skills (English - Written & Verbal)

Education/Training:

- 2+ years of yacht/boat building or servicing experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
