- Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and products related to finishing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a finisher in residential or commercial construction projects.
- Knowledge of different types of finishes, including paints, stains, varnishes, and sealants.
- Familiarity with surface preparation techniques, such as sanding, patching, and caulking.
- Skill in using painting and finishing tools, such as brushes, rollers, sprayers, and masking materials.
- Attention to detail and ability to achieve a high-quality finish on various surfaces.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require standing, bending, and lifting.

**Note**: The specific duties and qualifications may vary depending on the employer and the nature of the finishing projects. Additional certifications or training in painting and finishing may be beneficial.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
