**Requirements**:
- High school student or recent graduate with a genuine interest in carpentry and construction.
- Completion of construction classes or relevant coursework is preferred.
- Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to commit to a carpentry apprenticeship program.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools, techniques, and safety practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
