We are seeking a Salesforce CRM Project Manager, based in Toronto, to support the delivery of client Salesforce projects. You should have experience with Salesforce CRM software and be extremely comfortable and confident in understanding software solutions, troubleshooting issues, and supporting implementations. You will also take a lead role in gathering and documenting client’s business requirements. You will establish a good relationship with client stakeholders, ensuring issues are handled appropriately. You will lead and drive client needs discovery and analysis, oversee solution development, conduct quality and testing, and guide the project overall.

**Responsibilities**

You will serve as the key point of contact for our clients ensuring their requests and needs are captured and executed upon on time, and on budget.
- Build positive relationships with clients
- Project leadership and coordination
- Business analysis and discovery
- Process design
- Requirements definition
- Solution configuration tasks, including reporting, object and field creation and modification, validation rules, processes, workflows, approvals, page layouts, permissions, etc.
- Data management - data review, manipulation (imports/exports/transformation), data quality management
- Testing
- Training

**Qualifications**
- At least 2 years experience with Salesforce CRM software
- At least 2 years experience as a Project Manager (or Business Analyst)
- Basic knowledge of agile software development methodology and tools
- Ability to connect and build relationships with client stakeholders
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office products and Google Suite
- Post secondary education in technical business or computer programming fields

- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to speak to business users in “layman’s language”
- Critical thinker - spots gaps, challenges assumptions, pushes back against bad ideas, offers best-practice alternatives
- Synthesis: Able to interpret user requirements definitions; able to create solid requirements definitions based on customer interviews
- High threshold for quality; turns in good product; able to create and follow solid test plans
