Winnipeg, Canada Tacit Investigations & Security Full time

**SECURITY GUARD - FIRE WATCH Fire Watch Mon-Fri (overnights) 11pm - 7am $16 / hr The site is located in the South-Western region of the city.**

**Only those who can commit to all the shifts will be considered for the position.**

**You are to conduct patrols of the building every 30 minutes looking for signs of any fire. In the unlikely event that you do notice anything, you are to contact the in-house security members to report your observations.**

**ABOUT WHAT WE DO**

Tacit Security personnel are responsible for ensuring our client’s safety and security. They are held to the highest level of professionalism in the course of executing their duties, ensuring that all uniforms and equipment are properly fitted, worn, clean, and functional. Many of our members are well trained, and come with years of experience and expertise in various aspects of Security. Once within our ranks, you will be tasked with patrols and inspections of the properties we protect, with the goal of mitigating and responding to fire, theft, vandalism, illegal activity, and any other threats to the safety and security of our clients and their assets. You will be the first line of defense against many of these threats, and will often make the initial contact with appropriate Emergency Response organizations, such as EMS, Police, and Fire departments. You are a problem solver, and will make quick decisions under stressful situations. Utilizing industry leading technology, you will document evidence and complete daily reports outlining observations and activities during assigned shifts.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- **Must be physically capable of extended patrols on foot, and standing for extended periods.**:

- **Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:

- **Possess a valid MB Class 5 Driver License (Asset)**:

- **Own a reliable vehicle (Asset)**
