**CE QUE VOUS ACCOMPLIREZ**
- Développer et exécuter la stratégie de contenu.
- Maintenir les normes éditoriales : s’assurer que tout contenu respecte les normes de notre guide de style de marque.
- Créer un calendrier de contenu, de communication et de médias sociaux alignés sur les stratégiques de marketing de contenu et de génération de la demande.

**VOTRE QUOTIDIEN**
- Collaborer avec nos experts pour rédiger et éditer du contenu afin d'engager et de développer l'audience de Damotech (articles de blogue, webinaires, livres électroniques, vidéos, médias sociaux, infolettres, brochures, fiches d'information ).
- Analyser l'engagement du public avec notre contenu et les médias sociaux, et faire des recommandations basées sur les données pour améliorer les performances.
- Cocréer des storyboards et des concepts pour les vidéos avec notre graphiste, tout en définissant le contenu des messages et rédigeant les scripts.
- Rechercher, interviewer et engager les parties prenantes internes et externes, au besoin, pour développer un contenu à fort impact.
- Travailler avec la responsable du marketing numérique pour optimiser le contenu sur les moteurs de recherche.
- Concevoir des campagnes avec l’équipe et aider à façonner l’orientation de nos initiatives marketing.
- Coordonner le travail avec les rédacteurs externes, les graphistes, les fournisseurs d’impression et autres.

**VOUS APPORTEZ AVEC VOUS**
- D’excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et en français (écrit et parlé)
- 3+ ans d’expérience dans la création de contenu marketing en B2B
- Une compréhension des techniques de rédaction efficaces
- Une capacité à gérer des projets et à inspirer vos collègues à collaborer
- La capacité d’exploiter les données pour informer et améliorer vos initiatives de contenu
- Un baccalauréat en marketing, communications, journalisme

- Develop and execute the content strategy.
- Uphold editorial standards: ensure all content meets our brand standards and tone of voice.
- Create a content, communications and social media calendar aligned with Content and Demand Generation strategies.

- Analyze audience engagement with our content and social media, and make data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
- Co-create storyboards and concepts for videos with our Graphic Designer while defining messaging and scripting content.
