As a **Merchandising Supervisor**, you will oversee the merchandising team across a designated area, ensuring high standards of service, communication, and product presentation. This role involves supporting, coaching, and leading merchandisers, while also acting as a direct link between store contacts and the leadership team. The **Merchandising Supervisor** plays a pivotal role in ensuring that program guidelines and merchandising standards are consistently upheld across multiple stores.

Designated Area: BC Lower Mainland from Maple Ridge/Mission to Vancouver

**Merchandising Supervisors** are in the field. You regularly visit the locations in your area to provide hands-on support to the merchandisers. This is an ideal role for someone who gets energized from engaging with people every day, loves to be on their feet every day and always on the go. You love to be in the action, solving problems, and leading teams. Here are a few more specifics
- Hire, onboard and train new merchandisers
- Tour stores to ensure the team is executing as per Rainbow merchandising standards
- Complete merchandising tasks including condensing, pruning, labeling, watering, and general service, as outlined in merchandiser responsibilities
- Assist with order management, pulling shrink, and ensuring proper signage
- Remain in constant communication with the Merchandising Manager to ensure sales information is communicated back to the sales team

This role is not for the faint of heart. It’s physically demanding, fast paced, AND highly rewarding. Our compensation package includes a based hourly wage, phone stipend, mileage, boot allowance, benefits, matching RRSP and on top of that we are growing with means there are growth opportunities for you as well.
