Description:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Python tutor to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Python tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized instruction to individuals or small groups of students, helping them learn and master Python programming concepts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop customized lesson plans and teaching materials based on students' needs and skill levels.
- Deliver engaging and interactive tutoring sessions either in person or online.
- Provide guidance and support to students as they work on programming assignments and projects.
- Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure comprehension and retention of concepts.
- Offer additional resources and practice exercises to reinforce learning.
- Communicate effectively with students and their parents or guardians regarding progress, goals, and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Strong understanding of fundamental programming concepts such as variables, loops, functions, and data structures.
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching style to accommodate different learning preferences and abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
