**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook Italian dishes in accordance with the restaurant's recipes and standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with catering operations, preparing food for events, and potentially overseeing aspects of catering on an event-by-event basis.
- Be willing to contribute to the running and management of our sandwich shop, if desired.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of cooking experience is a must.
- Passion for cooking and a genuine interest in Italian cuisine.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the restaurant's recipes and cooking techniques.
- Any cooking background is acceptable, but experience with Italian cuisine will be prioritized.
- Serving It Right, Food Safe, and a valid driver's license are considered advantageous but not required.
- Ability to start work immediately.
