**You have**:

- Plenty of years working at agencies or in-house teams
- Broad visual design chops in both digital and print
- Logo design, brand identity creation, illustration
- Print design for whitepapers, presentations, tradebooth, and company swag
- Responsive web design experience with a acumen for thoughtful interaction
- A discerning eye for typography, color theory, and storytelling
- The ability to put your ego second, and your team first
- A portfolio of work you’re proud of

**You can**:

- Translate briefs into polished deliverables within deadlines
- Take feedback and direction in a constructive manner
- Lead junior team members effectively and provide constructive feedback
- Participate in concepting sessions, design reviews, and prep for client presentations
- Stay accountable while not sweating the small stuff
