Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Measure, cut, and install drywall panels according to blueprints and specifications
- Smooth out imperfections and ensure a seamless finish
- Sand surfaces to create a smooth texture
- Caulk gaps and cracks for a polished appearance
- Repair damaged drywall as needed
- Coordinate with other construction professionals to ensure timely completion of projects

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Taper or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of drywall installation techniques
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Familiarity with carpentry tools and equipment
- Skilled in caulking, sanding, and finishing techniques
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and precision

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
