Jr. Sales Analyst

The Jr Analyst will assist and support the Sales Analyst and Account Management team with data management (sales analysis reporting, category/competitive insight reporting), account coordination (sales materials management, cross-functional communication, inventory replenishment), and strategic initiatives (coordinating promotions, audits, activations, research, etc.) of the Retail Strategy department.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support with sales analysis and insight reporting for key accounts in effective cadence with the Sales Analyst
- Contribute to fact-based analytical support to identify opportunities in effective cadence with the Sales Analyst and Account manager(s)
- Contribute to building a knowledge base and tracking category and competitive insights effectively with the Sales Analyst and Account manager(s).
- Manage customer administration, vendor item set-up, and pricing adjustments, and provide additional support to the team on an ad-hoc basis.
- Spearhead downstream communications to Bayview’s production team for sales orders with optimized and clear communications.
- Manage relationships with sales materials fulfilment partners. Track sales materials inventories and replenish them effectively in coordination with Retail Strategy and sales teams.
- Support various Retail Strategy initiatives, including but not limited to administrating & coordinating events, promotions, contests, audits, post-mortems, planning, activations, research and focus groups, often in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Support in the development of presentations, marketing & sales materials for customer meetings
- Support implementation in the field for holidays, events, or promotions when necessary
**Job Specific Qualifications**:
- Expert knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, etc)
- Post-secondary education preferred (recent graduate) or equivalent work experience.
- Energetic, Self-Starter, and detail-oriented with strong Project management skills.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Professional manners with customers and staff.
- Highly developed analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft NAV would be an asset.

**Salary**: $35,531.18-$57,127.54 per year
