**Responsibilities**:

- Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized care for residents regularly.
- Coordinate resident assessments and service plans.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to health emergencies and ensure compliance with safety policies.
- Coach Care Services team members.

**Qualifications**:

- RN or RPN designation with current registration.
- CPR & First Aid Certification.
- Knowledge of seniors’ retirement housing and relevant legislation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
