**Position Overview**:
As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring their optimal performance, and managing the team of drivers. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the fleet
- Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced
- Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures
- Monitor fleet performance and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of vehicles
- Manage fleet budgets and control costs
- Handle accident and incident reports
- Train and support drivers to enhance performance and safety

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Vue d'ensemble du poste:
En tant que Gestionnaire de Flotte, vous serez responsable de superviser notre flotte de véhicules, d'assurer leur performance optimale et de gérer l'équipe de conducteurs. Votre rôle sera crucial pour maintenir l'efficacité et la sécurité de nos opérations.

Responsabilités clés:

- Superviser et gérer les opérations quotidiennes de la flotte
- S'assurer que tous les véhicules sont correctement entretenus et révisés
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des politiques et procédures pour la flotte
- Surveiller la performance de la flotte et mettre en place des améliorations
- Assurer la conformité avec toutes les réglementations et normes de sécurité pertinentes
- Effectuer des inspections et audits réguliers des véhicules
- Gérer les budgets de la flotte et contrôler les coûts
- Gérer les rapports d'accidents et d'incidents
- Former et soutenir les conducteurs pour améliorer la performance et la sécurité

Qualifications:

- Expérience avérée en tant que Gestionnaire de Flotte ou rôle similaire
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de leadership
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et respecter les délais
- Forte compréhension des réglementations de sécurité et de la conformité
- Excellentes compétences en communication et interpersonnelles
- Possession d'un permis de conduire valide et d'un dossier de conduite irréprochable
