**Qualifications**:
**Position Summary**:
The position includes the supervision of laboratory employees as well as performing duties of a Registered Laboratory Technologist. The Laboratory Manager is an integral part of our management team and is involved in the development of policies and procedures and will act as a liaison with physicians, staff, public and other departments. Jointly reporting to the Laboratory Medical Director and the Director of Clinical Services/Chief Nursing Officer, the Laboratory Manager is a highly motivated individual who demonstrates effective supervisory skills combined with exceptional problem solving and change management abilities. This position currently includes the duties of a Quality Officer and Biological Safety Officer.

**Benefits**:
This position offers a competitive compensation package including paid vacation and sick leave, health and dental benefits, life insurance and pension plan. Starting wage is $50.19 to $56.49 per hour based on experience.
