Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (35 hours per week).

Job Reports To: Senior Manager, Communications

**Key Activities**:
Under the supervision and mentorship of the Senior Manager, Communications, the Summer student, Communications, will be responsible of creating social media content, posting social media content, contributing to an image bank for social media, contributing to updating editorial calendars, planning content for various platforms for months ahead. The incumbent will also work closely with the Communications Strategist, Social Media. They will also have the opportunity to be coached by all the Communications Strategists in various contexts.

**Skill Requirements**:

- A minimum of a high school diploma combined with experience in Communications;
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills;
- Ability to write persuasive and compelling content, including online stories, social media posts, web content, projects/events credits and descriptions, letters, and other communications, as required;
- Proficient in MS Office suite, including Teams is an asset;
- Attention to detail, precision and adaptability;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to follow directions and work with limited supervision;
- Must be able to maintain discretion and absolute confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

- Ability to communicate in both official languages (English and French) is an asset.

**Who Can Apply**:

- Must be between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment.
