Main Responsibilities
Manage a team's activities and resource allocation using an Agile methodology
Ability to analyze and assess business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and system enhancements.
Education & Experience Required
**Education**: A degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or ITIL is beneficial.
In-depth understanding of information technology concepts, systems, and methodologies. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), infrastructure management, compliance and IT service management (ITSM).
Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software.
A solid understanding of business processes and workflows, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, IT teams, and vendors. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
In-depth experience with GitLab/Jira/Confluence/MS Office tools.
Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
Decision Making & Supervision
Work under mínimal supervision.
Make decisions and recommendations requiring analysis and interpretation within established procedures
Working Conditions
Generally comfortable working conditions.
Moderate visual concentration in use of video display terminal.
Must be willing to accept mínimal travel to national and international locations.
Occasional overtime required
