As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the operation of the Sudbury market every Saturday and supporting various promotional events as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Represent Crosscut Distillery with professionalism and enthusiasm at the Sudbury market and other promotional events.
- Set up and manage our booth or area, including arranging signage, product displays, and promotional materials.
- Engage with customers, provide product information, and offer tastings of our premium spirits.
- Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating our brand story and values to customers.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding the sale and promotion of alcoholic beverages.
- Safely handle and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with Smart Serve guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of our booth or area throughout the event.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the success of events and promote a positive brand image.

**Requirements**:

- Must be of legal drinking age in Ontario.
- Possess a valid Smart Serve certification.
- Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle for transportation to events.
- Availability to work Saturdays at the Sudbury market and occasional promotional events throughout the summer.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a passion for promoting local craft spirits.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Comfortable and confident engaging with the public
- Previous experience in event promotion, sales, or customer service, particularly in the beverage industry.
- Knowledge of craft spirits and an interest in the distilling process.
- Familiarity with the Sudbury community and local events.
