**Main duties**: include handling in-coming calls regarding charter bookings, quoting for the trips and confirming all details with the customer on a timely basis.

Dispatching for the trips is completed with the assistance of the dispatch team. Charter slips and all back-up information the drivers require is printed off and distributed. Confirmation calls to drivers are completed before all charter trips. Other tasks include assisting with school dispatch, managing the two-way radio, greeting visitors and handling incoming calls and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.

General office duties include filing, keyboarding, photocopying and faxing. This position operates a school vehicle over assigned routes, when necessary, as required. Safety and positive customer relations are the cornerstones of this position. **QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**: Completion of high school or vocational equivalent is desirable. Intermediate computer skills.

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
- Class B Licence (preferred)
