Budtender (Part-time)

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A cannabis consumer
- Retail experience
- Ability to work well individually or as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate knowledge of cannabis and willingness to expand that knowledge
- Attention to detail is essential
- Passion to educate our customers and enhance the cannabis culture experience

**Must be 19+**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Customer service and attention to the front of the house are always a priority.
- An understanding of the retail cannabis regulations and enforcing policies.
- Intimate product knowledge of an ever-changing variety of vendors and products.
- Merchandising products and accessories in showcases and displays.
- Keeping the retail space clean and organized.
- An understanding of inventory processes
- Handle all Point of Sale (POS) transactions ensuring compliance with all store operating procedures and LCRB legislation
- Meeting KPIs and Sales Goals

Part-time hours: 4-20 per week

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
