We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Assistant to join our team. As a Project Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for working in collaboration with our Project Managers for the successful execution of insurance mitigation and restoration projects from initiation to completion. Your role will involve coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring project deliverables are met on time and providing guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist and implement project plans, including scope, timeline and resource allocation
- Assist in managing cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues
- Update Xactanalysis on a regular basis with all ongoing projects
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
- Assist in managing project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and change requests
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and senior management
- Provide organizational skills for efficient file handling

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a PMA in insurance restoration
- Proven track record of successfully assisting in project management from initiation to completion
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Xactimate, Xactanalysis, Encircle, etc) and tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
