As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. **Position Summary**:
The _HR Service Centre Lead, North America_ is a key member of the Global HR Operations team. This role leads a team of HR Coordinators that execute HR transactions for Canada and the United States, and is responsible for bringing seamless and high-quality HR experiences and services to our employees and people leaders. This role reports into the Global HR Service Centre Lead.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and lead a high-performing HR Service Centre team:

- Hire, onboard, train, and develop a team of HR Coordinators, based in Mississauga.
- Measure and report on HR Service Centre performance, including the areas of data integrity, compliance to process, volume of transactions and service level agreements.
- Perform data audits to identify opportunities to improve data integrity.
- Perform process audits to identify opportunities to improve process design and process execution.
- Create and execute HR Coordinator training to improve process compliance.
- Educate HR and business stakeholders on HR processes.
- Monitor the status of approval workflows, and escalate, as required.
- Collaborate with the Global and Regional HR Service Centre Leads to ensure globally consistent and efficient processes, that are executed with excellence:

- Ensure that all Service Centre processes are documented, regularly reviewed, and updated for improvement opportunities.
- Identify regional variation in process and performance.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Service Centre:

- Monitor the daily status of ticket requests, and escalate as required.
- Ensure service level agreement thresholds are met.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert on the execution of all HR transactions and HR Service Centre processes.
- Perform HR Coordinator responsibilities for a defined portfolio (region or sector), as required.
- Work with Regional HRIS Analyst to analyze and resolve technical issues, as well as meet new operational requirements (e.g. acquisitions).
- Maintain and update the self-service North American HR Service Centre SharePoint site, implementing enhancements to drive relevancy and traffic.

**Education and Experience**:

- 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in HR Administration and/or HR Systems
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Experience with SAP ECC and SuccessFactors is preferred
- Direct people management experience is preferred
- Familiarity with Engineering Consulting/Construction industry is an asset
