Budtender

Part Time Cannabis Sales Associate positions (15-20 hrs, weekends included) at the Weeds Cannabis Store at 101-5536 WHARF AVE, SECHELT, BC.

As an Budtender, your role is key:
We are building our Team, and we are looking for Team Players excited to work in this New and Constantly changing field.

Weeds is well known and you will be an ambassador for the Weeds Brand. Associates will be required to uphold our Standards of Quality, Government Regulations,
and Confidence in our products.

**DESCRIPTION**

You will use your knowledge about Cannabis from SIR, and customer feedback to achieve high standards of customer satisfaction.

Assist in merchandising the various product displays.

Use the POS system with accuracy and efficiency.

Adhere to company standards.

Adhere to Provincial and Municipal policy and regulations for retail Cannabis stores.

Be available for shifts to support the needs of the business, specifically peak times, including holidays, and weekends.

Build long term client relationships by providing outstanding customer service and product information.

Keep our products and environment clean and proudly showcased.

Adhere to and enforce COVID rules.

Maintain store occupancy levels and customer flow.

Build and share your knowledge of cannabis plants, strains, products, accessories.

Be proactive, resourceful and be a teambuilder.

Multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

Be precise in communications and documentation.

Effectively complete delegated tasks

Maintain a Positive attitude and charisma in difficult scenario.

**PREFERRED**
sales/customer service: 2 years
an understanding of Cannabis and desire to learn.

**REQUIRED**-Prerequisite to Signing of Employment Contract:
Selling It Right Certificate
