If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Construction Job Site Supervisor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise construction projects related to docks and marinas, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate and schedule workers, assigning tasks and ensuring proper coverage for each project.
- Procure and manage materials, tools, and equipment required for the job site.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Control and track workers' hours to ensure productivity and adherence to project schedules (sign on timesheets will be provided).
- Keep meticulous records of project progress, documenting each step and preparing reports as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential issues or hazards.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of any concerns or challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in construction project supervision, with knowledge of docks and marinas preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, materials, and resources effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proficient in record-keeping and documentation.
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of workers.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and other relevant tools (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication verbal and written in English.

While not required, having a First Aid Level 1 certification is considered an asset.

We offer a competitive salary of $27 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting dock and marina projects, contributing to the success of our company.
