We are currently seeking a GIS Analyst to join our Operations team working remotely to start and then will transition to a flexible work arrangement, working from our office at Young Tower, Halifax, NS. As a member of the team you will be responsible for map production, data processing including migrating data to/from various formats, statistical analysis, as well as maintenance of the current databases.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary Education in Computer Science, Geography, Surveying, Engineering or related field and a post graduate diploma with a focus in GIS, Cartography, Geography or a related field;
- A minimum two years of GIS experience is required;
- Experience working with ESRI GIS software;
- Exposure to project management principals, previous project management experience an asset;
- Ability to anticipate, identify, solve and prevent problems;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while taking ownership of individual responsibilities;
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry an asset;
- Valid Nova Scotia driver’s license.
