Kamloops, Canada Extreme Excavating Ltd Full time

We are seeking an experienced surveyor for project-based civil work locally within the Kamloops area. As the Surveyor Technician you will be responsible for conducting a wide range of field surveys including (but not limited to):

- Boundary surveying
- Topographic
- Volumetric
- Construction layout
- GPS surveys
- 3D laser scanning
- Aerial drone surveys

**Qualifications**:
The following list provides a scope of the skills and experience we are looking for:

- Min 3 years of construction surveying experience is preferred
- Surface modelling experience
- Experience using AutoCAD’s Civil 3D
- Familiar with Trimble equipment and software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Diploma in Geomatics Engineering or Surveying Technologist, or equivalent field training and experience
- Proficient with Microsoft office
- Physically fit and able to work in rugged terrain and all weather conditions
- Drone pilot licence an asset
- Knowledge of BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (MoTI), MMCD standards is considered an asset
- Work with safety as a top priority
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Valid drivers licence

**Experience**:

Licence/Certification:
