RAISE Underwriting is an independently owned, Canadian Managing General Agent (MGA), dedicated to being an industry-leading supplier of risk insurance and surety products through transparency, honesty, and integrity.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work closely with the underwriting team to ensure that account management expectations are met
- Assist underwriters in preparing quote letters and underwriting summaries for both new and renewal business
- Enter new clients into Applied Epic, and assist underwriters to keep the files up-to-date with supporting underwriting information
- Use Applied Epic and PolicyWorks Integration to create quotes and binders
- Issue new and renewal policies to clients
- Issue Endorsements and Extensions
- Prepare invoices for all premium-bearing transactions
- Follow-up with brokers for outstanding underwriting information
- Other ad hoc tasks and reporting as requested

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary education in a relatable field such as accounting, finance, or commerce is preferred
- Prior experience with Applied/EPIC, Applied PolicyWorks, and Lineage is an asset
- Must be technologically savvy and data-driven, including proficiency in Excel
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development including insurance courses and certifications
