**Responsibilities**
- Inspire your team to accurately receive, sort, and slot defective store returns while overseeing all inbound and outbound defective inventory and reconcile payments from vendors
- Monitor daily reports, accurately issue credit to stores, process rejected parts and manage the approval process for scrap returns according to company policy including labeling and logging in a timely manner
- Manage volume of inbound labour claims, conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly warranty return processes, product recalls and overseeing the full spectrum of warranty return operations
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with suppliers, agents, and internal stakeholders while working closely with other sections of the Returns department to ensure alignment of broader company objectives
- Oversee full spectrum of warranty return operations handling, ensuring swift and precise handling of returns on a weekly to quarterly basis
- Ensure comprehensive training programs for new hires, safe space utilization and assist manager in ongoing professional development for team members
- Regularly prepare and conduct clean-up activities related to scrap management and recycling, organizing and security of the facility
**Qualifications**
- Experience in Auto Parts returns required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, RF scanners and database management
- Attention to detail and well-organized
- Further education in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Forklift Certification is an asset
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety precautions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Time Management and problem-solving skills
- TDG certified, training will be provided
- Lifting items up to 50 pounds
