The Tech TA provides on campus classroom assistance and will join the face-to-face class every meeting to ensure things are running smoothly with the remote section and to moderate the Zoom chat, and facilitate student participation and class discussions.

Position Requirements

Preference will be given to upper year or graduate SOC/SOST student with strong oral and written communication skills, who can join in person the face-to-face class every meeting. The class meets MTWR from 09:30am to 10:45am.

Physical Demands Pay Grade As Per CUPE 2419 Salary Range As per CUPE 2419 Collective Agreement Status Term Work Hours

MTWR 09:30-10:45, for a maximum of 50 hours.
