Employment Counsellor

**The Employment Counsellor **is responsible—through individual counselling—for helping urban Indigenous clients in developing their potential and entering the labour market. The incumbent provides information on the educational environment and labour market, assists in the planning, implementation and follow-up of programs and services, and ensures effective and professional communication with various stakeholders.
