Biome Intern

Support with planning and coordination of the collaboration space activities (networking events, workshops, learning sessions and other collaboration activities)
- Support the design and implementation of new digital solutions for process redesign, simplification and collaboration
- Support the identification, planning and management of innovation events and conferences
- Help coordinate our BIOME communication plan with the Novartis communications and marketing team
- Support all other project management and coordination activities for the Biome as required

**Minimum requirements**
- Ideally pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Commerce or Business Administration
- Project management experience
- Coordination and Event planning experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and also autonomously
- Creative thinker with an innovation mindset
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Digital Channels, and interest in the Digital Health Ecosystem
