**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Position**: **Pro Shop Sales Associate**

**Reports Direct to**:Head Golf Professional - PGA of Canada Class A Professional**

**Line Relations with**:All Pro Shop Staff, Players Assistances, Back Shop. Inclusive: Front Desk Staff in conjunction with the Front Desk Supervisors when staff are working across departments; also works with the Superintendent and grounds team leads.

**Normal Hours of Work**: Generally, 24-32 hours per week, to a maximum of all the time required to fully discharge the duties and responsibilities of the position.

**Work Area**: Golf Operations specifically Pro Shop / Front Desk areas

**Responsibilities**:
Within the Resort 's Policies and Procedures:

- Provide excellent service to guests; ensure level of service meets Resort standards;
- Understand all aspects of golf operations;
- Work as a co-operative member of the Pro Shop team;
- Pro Shop retail sales, Tee Sheet sales “yield management” and guests services;
- Responsible for open/closing duties along with general directives on a daily basis;
- Ensure efficient and accurate daily operations of the department;
- Ensure Resort Policies and Procedures are followed to meet department objectives;
- Maximize revenue; control expenses;
- Ensure department operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
