Evalence Renewables, a leading solar energy company, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Solar Laborer. You will play a crucial role in supporting the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems in Calgary, Canada's sunniest city. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the installation of solar panels, racking systems, and related equipment on residential and commercial properties.
- Work collaboratively with the installation team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
- Assist in the transportation and organization of materials and tools needed for solar installations.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of solar panels and other components.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Provide support during quality control checks and inspections of solar energy systems.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and deadlines.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of solar energy systems.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in construction, electrical work, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry practices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 60 per week
