Project Adminstrator

We have an exciting new opening for a **Project Administrator** to work on Oil and Gas project sites, starting work as soon as possible. This will be a **TERM** role.

Based out of**:Stony Plain, AB** **must be able to commute to office before job kick off. You will be required to work from home on any pre and post job tasks that are designated to you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage updates to crew lists, and communication of changes
- Assist with Project costing after the job completed
- Deal with employee enquiries (accommodations, mobilization, security clearance, time off requests, etc.)
- Receive and prepare operational reports
- Data entry (project scorecards, headcount submissions, safety sync uploads, etc.)
- General office management
- Help organize and file daily paperwork (sign in sheets, safety paperwork, radios/monitors)

Generally, the admin is providing any needed support for the Project Manager and Project Coordinator to assist with any administrative work that they can help with. If possible, the admins may help with LEM’s/Hours ordering supplies, invoicing, keeping track of rental equipment, third party etc.

The admin’s role is the reduce the burden of the PM/PC with everyday tasks that do not necessarily require specific job knowledge and can be handed over with a quick tutorial.

**Skills and Education**:

- Business background
- Prefer degree or diploma in Business
- Strong skill set with high trainability
- Motivated to learn and grow with the company
- Hard worker with excellent work ethic
- 2-5 years experience preferred
- Looking for someone who can grow into the role
- Experience working on oil and gas site would be helpful
- Excellent customer service required
