**Responsibilities**:
Expeditor is responsible for managing product orders and related documentation for the Alliance group.
- Ensure that all customers’ needs are responded to in an efficient, accurate, and professional manner
- Maintain focus on company policies, procedures, and objectives
- Expedite and conduct follow up on orders and mitigate product shortages/delays
- **Work cooperatively with the Alliance team**:

- Perform other duties as required within the department
- Expedite delivery as necessary to meet customer on-time delivery expectations
- Communicate and resolve delivery issues with customers and outside sales representatives
- Recommend changes to improve expediting taking into account customer procedures and practices
- Entering expedite information into AS400.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Must have exceptional organizational skills
- 2-3 years of related industry experience
- Must have excellent Excel, Word, Outlook & Adobe skills
- AS400 system experience an asset
- Valid drivers’ license and ability to travel in Canada and the US
