We've been recognized as Vancouver's premier provider of concierge and security service to residential and commercial properties. In recent years we expanded our operation to offer commercial cleaning and building management service.

We have an opening for:
**Full-time Residential Graveyard Concierge - 40 hours per week**

**Location**: Surrey, close to Skytrain Station

**Shifts**: Tuesdays to Saturdays 23:00-7:00

**Pay rate**: $17 per hour

**Experience and skills**:

- Customer-first attitude
- Skilled in handling difficult situations
- Positive and friendly
- Clear communication, speaking and writing
- Able to train and develop staff from a variety of backgrounds
- Organized, attentive to detail
- ** Valid BC Security License**

**Position Summary**

The concierge/security guard serves as liaison between owners, residents, management and trades and helps maintain the security and value of the property.

Concierge services cover three major areas:

- Administrative & Customer Service
- Security and Safety
- Emergency Response
