We are currently seeking for Psychologists to join our team of professionals. This position is in-person and could be virtual as may be required.

Chapters Counselling Services Inc. provides psychological assessments and psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, dealing with a variety of life issues. We provide assessments, therapeutic interventions and support for ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship/Marital Conflicts, Life Transitions, Trauma, Substance Addiction/Abuse issues, Mood/Personality Disorders etc.

Our approach integrates different assessment criteria and therapeutic modalities to provide the most appropriate interventions for specified issues. We offer a non-judgmental space where we engage in the therapy process, using modalities like, Family Systems approach, DBT, EFT, CBT, IFS, Narrative and Gottman Methods of Couples Therapy etc.

- Provide psychological assessment and treatment across multiple programs, including Mood, Anxiety, Trauma, Addiction and Eating Disorders
- Conduct group psychotherapy sessions using best-practice treatment approaches
- Participate in quality improvement projects, design psychotherapy groups and develop psycho-educational materials
- Actively participate in interdisciplinary clinical meetings
- Participate in meetings with family and/or the patient’s close associates as clinically indicated
- Collaborate and communicate with other team members to assure consistency in program philosophy and treatment practice and delivery
- Prepare psychological reports based on psychometric assessments that include clinical findings, diagnostic impressions, treatment implications and recommendations
- Facilitate interpersonal therapy and psycho-dynamic groups

**Qualifications**
- PhD in Clinical Psychology from an APA or CPA accredited program
- Registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and licensed to practice in Ontario
- Clinical experience with children and adults in the areas of anxiety and mood disorders, psychosis, eating disorders and other mental health disorders
- Experience in quality improvement and leadership/management
- Training, education, and experience in a variety of therapeutic modalities
- Demonstrated experience in program development, administrative principles, and evaluation techniques
- Demonstrated skills and experience in assessment, treatment, and research
- Demonstrated experience in leading psycho-dynamic groups
- Collaborative work ethics
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Information technology proficiency

**Salary**: $100.00-$120.00 per hour
