**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Investigate electrical or electronic failures. Support for production and purchasing
- Performing new product testing according to performance and quality specifications, in compliance with UL requirements/others as necessary
- Electrical schematic design, PCB layout design
- PCBA bring-up and validation, generate BOM’s and documentation for PCBA’s.
- Research, source and follow up with suppliers/vendors for protypes and production.
- Problem-Solving - perseverance and detail oriented required to diagnose electronic components, equipment issues and breakdowns
- Project follow up, active product design modifications and component substitutions.
- Other duties as assigned

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Electrical/Electronic troubleshooting.
- Experience with LED lighting fixtures, sensors, and emergency drivers
- Accurate and meticulous with a problem-solving attitude and a troubleshooting mindset
- Post-secondary education in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
