Prime Management Group Inc. is pleased to be partnering with Sifton Properties in search of a strategic and principled Vice President, Residential and Commercial Leasing, to join their executive leadership team at their Corporate office during an exciting time of growth for the organization. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President will hold a pivotal position in shaping a forward-looking strategic direction and fostering growth for both the Commercial Leasing and Residential Rental portfolios. This role will provide effective oversight of the department’s operations and financial performance while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safety-focused, customer-driven services, which will uphold the esteemed reputation of the company.

The results-driven Vice President will champion the company's vision and mission, overseeing operations to ensure quality service, production efficiency, and cost-effective management of all relevant resources. This proven leader will pursue residential and commercial leasing growth opportunities in alignment with organizational strategic plans by staying current with socioeconomic trends, market conditions, and innovative leasing prospects. With a focus on operational excellence and delivering a high level of customer service, this visionary Vice President will guide the organization's long-term development while ensuring impactful and sustainable initiatives, contributing significantly to the company's legacy of excellence in leasing and rental services.

This inspiring leader will motivate and coach employees in different geographic locations of Southwestern Ontario to achieve high-performance levels while providing effective oversight and management of all related operations, including fiscal management and budget development. Additionally, this transformational Vice President will spearhead operational improvements and process efficiencies through relevant surveys, reviews, and audits, thereby ensuring alignment with growth objectives. The experienced leader will also uphold high business standards by proactively addressing operational issues, continuously enhancing the organization's effectiveness.
- Minimum ten (10) years of operational and leadership experience in Property Management, Rental, and Leasing sectors, focusing on service leadership and strategic planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related professional designation.
- Proven operational leadership and financial management skills, including budget development, leading process improvement initiatives, and driving change in an organization.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant industry legislative requirements and proven ability to ensure operational compliance with regulatory authorities.
- Excellent leadership skills and the proven ability to motivate teams to high-performance levels, including those in multiple geographic locations.
- Demonstrated success in office and retail leasing, tenant negotiations, and familiarity with lease structures and contracts.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to listen, express ideas verbally, and present confidently to various audiences and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Landlord and Tenant Board regulations.
