Under the supervision of the Information Security Manager, the Identity and Access Management Specialist (IAM) is primarily responsible for integration and operations related to the various IAM systems, i.e. including but not limited to:
Identity Management (IDM).

Privilege Access Management (PAM).

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Draft and implement the Information Security Policy and any other related Policies and Guidelines.

Recommend and help to implement recurring IT security operations.

Provide assistance in evaluating potential risks and threats in the development of the company's infrastructure and projects.

Provide direct support to the administrative team and IT staff regarding security.

Participate in the resolution of security incidents according to the incident response process with different operational teams.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field of study, or a combination of education and relevant practical experience.

A minimum of five years of cybersecurity focused experience, including 3 years of experience with leading IAM products.

Solid analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and technical writing skills.

Highly motivated and autonomous with an eye for detail.

Ability to work with administrative and technical team personnel.

Ability to work under pressure.

GSEC, GMON, CISSP certification would be an asset.

Bilingual in French and English Knowledge of German or Spanish would be an asset
